  1. The fact that I need directions for how to use a hose reel has made me feel less confident in my handman abilities. At any rate, thanks for the video!! Now I’m on to a video on how to use my new pressure washer πŸ™‚

  2. You forgot to mention to bring the unit in sude during the winter to prevent freezing. Tthey will have to watch the advance video on how to repair the cracked swivel tube.

  3. One useful tip that I would like to add here is that before you store it before the winter starts, and if the temperature in your area drops into freezing, make sure to drain all the water otherwise it will freeze and damage the hose. Thank you.

  4. How is this holding up for you? Not sure which you have because you did not show the side with the key connecting parts. I find the clip and the mechanism tube to be very shoddy materials. I wish they had made these parts in metal.

  5. Oh my goodness, you made putting a hose on a hose reel easy to understand for this non-techy (techy isnot the right word), but it’s the only thing that comes to mind easy. Thank you so much. I subscribed to your channel and are looking for more good videos on home repairs. I know this isn’t a repair, but you get the picture! Thank you so much!!!

  6. They never show the ‘reeling’ of the hose. That’s the part most of us want to see! 🀣

  7. I am trying to unhook the old hose from a reel cart. It’s not coming off though. It looks like rust. What should I do?

  8. What the heck! I wanted to see if it was sturdy enough to stay in place when you pull hose out, I guess not. Smh

  9. Thanks for taking the time to make this video. But I don’t understand why everyone’s praising you. This is basic common sense. I just clicked on the video to see if anyone had the problem I had which was the spigot hose leaking right out of the box, brand new…

  10. I put my reel together and found this video. I now realized i just did it all wrong.😬
